Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice that complies with the requirements above, Barrett Henry will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We take all claims of copyright infringement seriously and will investigate each notice thoroughly.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on nowtb.com was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures are acceptable for both DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications. A typed full legal name at the end of your notice or counter-notification will be treated as a valid electronic signature for purposes of these proceedings.
