Lot is more expensive than some because utilities are in place here that many other lots will likely NEVER have. Take Mason Creek Road almost to the end and take the LAST right hand turn onto West Restview Court. BE careful not to launch your vehicle when driving towards the end of Mason Creek Road because the boat ramp will be directly in front of you. If you pass West Standish Drive you are getting close.
