I've been in real estate since 2003 to 23+ years and counting. I'm a licensed Broker Associate with REMAX Collective and the team lead of The NOW Team. My focus is simple: get my clients the best possible outcome, whether that's buying, selling, or investing.
I specialize in residential sales, investment properties, new construction, and military relocation across Tampa Bay. My approach is data-driven and no-nonsense, I give you the real numbers, the honest advice, and the relentless negotiation it takes to win in this market. The Name
Why The NOW Team
The team name came from a book I read about living in the present. The idea stuck with me: most of the suffering in a decision comes from replaying the past or dreading the future, and almost none of it comes from the thing actually in front of you.
That turned out to describe real estate pretty well. Clients come to me stuck on what the house was worth in 2022, or paralyzed by what rates might do next spring. Neither of those is the decision in front of them. The decision in front of them is what to do with the house, this month, with the information that actually exists.
So the name is a reminder for me as much as anything. Now That's Better.
How I Work
You reach me, not a call center
My cell number is on every page of this site. When you call it, I answer it. Not an assistant, not a rotating junior agent, not a lead routing service that sells your information to four other people before anyone calls you back.
That is a real constraint on how many clients I can take at once, and I would rather have that constraint than the alternative. If you want to test it before you hire me, call (813) 733-7907 and see who picks up.
The other thing I will do is tell you when the answer is no. Do not list right now. Do not buy that one. Rent it instead. Fix the roof first. I lose listings over this and it is still the right way to do the job.
